| Following the achievement of his Diplom-Ingenieur at the Technical University of Darmstadt, Germany, in 1982,
Bernd Rettig started his paper industry career as Production Assistant at the Feldmühle Hillegossen mill (now part of Stora Enso) in Bielefeld. Since then, Mr Rettig has worked in production and plant management at various Stora Enso mills before becoming Managing Director of Reisholz mill in 1993 and of Kabel mill in 1996. He
was made Senior Executive Vice President of the Magazine Paper Division in 1999,
which was formed into the Publication Paper Division in 2003. |
